Canadian Tourism Outbound Profile

Question
I have a researcher who has an article quoting information from the Canadian Tourism Outbound Profile (2005). I have done all the usual things to try and identify where I can get this item but cannot find it. Can anyone give me a hand?

I could not find anything within StatCan titled Canadian Tourism Outbound Profile (2005) but there is one link to Industry Canada who provide a snapshot monthly tourism
There is also a presentation from Ted Rogers School of management, Ryerson University who refers to that profile:
