HS10 Codes

Question The files in the subdirectory: trade/international-merchandise-trade-data-by-commodity-classification/ 2007–YYYY-codes-have-changed/2007-yyyy-codes-change.zip are very useful. I have not, however, been able to find any concordances (without paying the WCO for them) to between previous versions of the HS.
